Welcome to Pelegrim Properties LLC (“Pelegrim Properties,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, booking platform, and rental properties.
By making a reservation, submitting payment, or using our site, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding..

2. Booking & Payment
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
To secure a booking, guests must provide full payment (or deposit, if applicable) through our secure online checkout (powered by Stripe or another approved payment processor).
The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for ensuring compliance with these Terms by all guests in their party.
Rates, fees, and taxes are clearly displayed at the time of booking and may vary depending on season, duration, or occupancy.
3. Security Deposits & Incidentals
We may require a security deposit or hold on your payment method to cover potential damages, excessive cleaning, or violation of house rules.
If no issues are reported, the deposit (or hold) will be released within 7–10 business days after checkout.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking will be refunded in full.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in are non-refundable.
“No-shows” or early departures are non-refundable.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), we reserve the right to modify or cancel reservations. If this occurs, guests will receive a full refund or credit.
Note: Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by bank or payment provider.
5. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in: 16:00-00:00 (4:00 PM-Midnight)
Check-out: 11:00 AM
Early check-ins or late check-outs may be available upon request and subject to additional fees.
Guests must follow self-check-in instructions or meet-and-greet procedures as communicated prior to arrival.
6. Guest Responsibilities
By staying in a Pelegrim Properties rental, you agree to:
Treat the property and all furnishings with care and respect.
Follow any posted house rules, including noise, smoking, or pet policies.
Ensure only registered guests occupy the property.
Immediately report damages, maintenance issues, or safety concerns.
Leave the property in a clean and orderly condition upon departure.
You are responsible for the actions of all individuals in your booking party during your stay.
7. Damage, Loss, and Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft caused during their stay, whether intentional or accidental.
Pelegrim Properties reserves the right to charge the card on file for repairs, replacements, or additional cleaning.
We are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to guests’ belongings during the stay. Guests are encouraged to secure travel insurance for protection.
8. Property Access
Authorized staff, maintenance workers, or local officials may access the property when necessary for repairs, inspections, or emergencies.
Guests will be notified in advance whenever possible.
9. Prohibited Activities
Guests may not:
Host parties or events without prior approval.
Use the property for illegal, commercial, or unsafe activities.
Tamper with safety equipment (e.g., smoke detectors, cameras).
Sublet or transfer reservations to other individuals.
Violation of these rules may result in a $1,000 fine and/or immediate termination of the stay without refund.
10. Website Use
By using our website or online booking tools, you agree not to:
Engage in any activity that disrupts or damages the site or its infrastructure.
Attempt to access data not intended for you.
Copy, reproduce, or resell any site content without written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our site or services at our discretion.
11. Payments & Third-Party Services
Payments are processed through Stripe or similar third-party providers. We do not store or have access to full credit card details. All transactions are encrypted and subject to the terms and privacy policies of those payment processors.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Pelegrim Properties LLC shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your stay or use of our services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for your reservation.
13. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or utility outages.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Ouachita Parish, Louisiana.
15. Amendments
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in operations or law. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of any revised Terms.
